I often parked our trucks inside to protect them from hail storms. All our firewood was stored there, too, until the May-2010 flood swept through the barn and took it all away: over 3 cords of oak, black cherry, dogwood, and hickory. It withstood the flood but it is now beyond repair and we are taking it down piece by piece.
